Chadius: TOA Summary 11/13/06

• Traces Tarxius' TOA ID and Coldmail login
• It's in the mall. He logs in from an internet cafe, and the ID is in the back of a bookstore.
• Li, Tara and Viveka go to the bookstore and talk to a Qi-zan coffee cashier, Lebrek.
• Lily goes to the internet cafe.
• Tarxius is there, they talk him into going into the back room.
• Lily calls Zii, Zii says to arrest Tarxius for forging an ID.
• Tarxius realizes that "he" told them TOA would come to arrest him.
• Lights go out, go back on. All GPods are off. Riot breaks out.
• Tara totally pwnz Tarxius with eye lasers. (horn-beam...)
• A bunch of Haterz are beating up Lebrek, calls Li a Freak, pisses him off.
• Angry Li beats up the leader, the rest run away.
• Diiman does crowd control, grabbing attention all the way.
• Lily helps barricade the internet cafe, Anastasia appears and guards her.
• Lily goes into the basement, finds a mysterious device that shut down the GPods. She shuts it off, GPods activate.
• Take down Li! Ceelie mind probes, Diiman uses AP ammo, Tara hides and Viveka runs.
• Bradley, Millie and Deen arrive and herd people out.
• Ceelie decides Li will be OK. Wishes Li's master told them.

Summary of activities:

After some further research, Agent Lily discovered the location of the target, Traces Tarxius. He was located in a "mall". The team proceeded to the "mall" in agent D's car. We split up at the "mall" to attempt to locate the target. It was a place such as I had never seen before. Agent D was in disguise in order to lessen the effect of his fame. Agent Lily attempted to lead me about the "mall", but I found it to be an overwhelming place. She brought me to a fountain, but the things that were being displayed in a shop nearby were such that I was disturbed and asked to be brought somewhere quiet that I could get a cup of tea. To believe that such items are sold in a public place where anybody might see them! Such shameful display of the female form! Agent Lily and I proceeded to a bookstore where we met Agents Viveka and Tara. Agent Lily procured a cup of tea for me in a metal cup after we discovered that the person selling the beverage was also an "other". I sat in the back of the store with Agent Viveka while Agent Lily continued her search elsewhere. Aparently Agents D and Ceelie were scouting elsewhere in the mall as well. Agent Tara came back shortly saying that the target was in the bookstore. I proceeded to the front of the store to attempt to speak with the target. He seemed somewhat afraid of me, despite my active g-pod, but I was able to arrange to meet him in a room he was renting in the back of the bookstore. The three of us in the bookstore met with Traces Tarxius and asked him to revert his weave. He told us he would do so for a large amount of money, double what he was paid to perform the weave in the first place.

At that point, the lights went out, and when they came back on my g-pod was inactive. I was unable to restore it to functionality, and it appeard that the shopkeep who was also an "other" was similarly effected. Traces Tarxius attempted to run at that point, but was rendered unconcious by a well placed beam that Agent Tara shot at him. The shopkeep was being attacked by several young men who were calling him a freak, and while Agent Viveka ran to defend the shopkeep, I initially went to pick up the now unconcious Traces Tarxius, but was taunted by the young men.

I'm afraid I lost control of myself at that point and proceeded to attack the leader of the attackers, beating him into unconciousness, and when the rest of his gang left, I began to attack anyone nearby. This included Agents Viveka and D. Agent D, with some help from Agent Ceelie who was making attacks on my mind, managed to render me unconcious.

While this combat was occurring, Agent Lily took control of the situation in the cafe she had been in, then began searching and found a device which was rendering the g-pods inactive. She also encountered a being who called itself "Anastasia".

Agent Ceelie alerted TOA headquarters to the situation in the "mall" and they dispatched agents to help return control, and Agent D attempted to calm the crowds of "others" and "normals" before he came to the bookstore to attempt to aid in controling me.

Agent Lily was able to open the door and let the other agents sent by TOA headquarters into the "mall" in order to help control the crowd and begin cleanup.

Collateral damage: Several damaged floor tiles, damaged shelving in the bookstore, minor damage to other facilities and merchandise caused by crowd panic.

Agent Viveca: Injuries sustained in hand to hand combat with "normal" thug and Agent Li were healed by Agent Tara
Agent Li: Rendered unconcious by a combination of hand to hand combat with "normal", mental combat with Agent Ceelie, and gunshot wounds from Agent D.
