Chadius: TOA Summary 10/8/07
- Blue Sphere inside a pyramid; it's sleeping. Mentally.
- Fighting the giant 12 foot tall war machines with pig faces
- Li, Tara Viveka and Lily (via giant ball) knock them into pits
- Diiman shoots them in the head when they fall in
- Weird crystal symbol in the floor, Emero is intensely focused on it
- Ceelie tackles and drags him away
- Another power grid is shut down. A tiny chest appears.
- A non-physical bow? Weird.
- Back at the crystal, Emero steps in.
- Stuck like a cross
- Gets real bright, light burst
- Everyone is...healed?
- Ceelie shoots Blue Sphere
- Loud rumbling
- B4 switched orientation!
- Hmmm, a 12 foot war machine blocking the exit to A3, grumbling.
- Diiman thinks it's hungry. George wants to kill the GM.
- Lily gives it a piece of meat, it moves from the exit.
- Party gets the boss keycode.
- Off to the boss!
Tara's Report
Dear Report-ary,
This dungeon is very strange! Lily said it was like a video game, but since I do not play many games like that I thought it was hard to figure out.
Well, first there was this blue sphere thing. It was sealed in a glass pyramid, so we couldn't get to it, but Ceelie said it was alive! We could not figure this part out until later so we went into the next room.
The next fight was really hard!! There were giant metal golem things with guns and flamethrowers... I was burnt very badly and some other people were hurt too. After we knocked them into pits and stomped on their heads (like a game I guess?) and stuff this crystal symbol appeared. Emero wanted to go to it but we held him back for now because he was acting funny. I was worried because I had done a lot of healing and was getting to my limit. Very tired! And I still had burns I could not heal. So, we went on.
In the next room was a game with lit panels like before! Diiman jumped around and Lily solved it really quick. When that was done we were able to get to a little chest which had a tiny bow for Ceelie. With it she could shoot bolts of magic! It was really neat.
We decided after a little bit to let Emero touch the symbol. We were all healed!! It was a very strange experience but I felt a lot less tired after!! Whew!!!
We went back to the blue sphere, and now Ceelie could shoot it with her bow! It woke up and shifted one of the rooms so that we could get to a different part of the dungeon. So we fought past some bouncing axe-guys and found another war golem! But this one was not mean, just hungry. We gave him some meat and went to the next room. In this room there was a great big key, we are pretty sure we know where it goes. To the Boss Room! We hope so at least because if not we have no more ideas!
I am feeling much better now that my healing will work again. We will do GREAT this time!!
