Overview
Listen up, 255. Your mission is to handle these new recruits. I got summaries here, and I'll add more once I get off my lazy butt and type some more.

Dan
Dan is a priest. We found him in Sol Pequeno a few months back and he's been in TOA HQ ever since. He wanted to thank us for our hospitality by joining our organization. One catch: he's also with Altovive, a group dedicated to preserving wildlife and supporting those who have odd powers. Our goals are close, but not exactly the same.
Anyhoo, I've no problem with this, as he's a low ranking member in both organizations. He's a bit sketchy about his life before joining Altovive, but that might be a secret best kept...well secret.
He can fly, channel holy magic, and can bolster morale.
¡El Draco Magnifico!
Ever watch Mexican wrestling? Ever realize most of the wrestlers must be Others? Anyway El Draco Magnifico retired from the ring a year ago. He says he's here to "fight the real battle against lies and injustice" buuuuuut I'm sure there's something deeper going on.
Oh, and his name's El Draco Magnifico! With the exclamation. Uh...there should be another exclamation but that's for the official files. I'm not going to learn unicode.
El Draco Magnifico! is a wrestler so of course he's good at fighting. He's a professional wrestler, so people look up to him.
Vantsa Subaque
Vantsa is a Merm who lives off the coast of Italy. Like most Merm, she's arrogant. Unlike most Merm, she's a skilled investigator with some psychic talent. On the surface Vantsa works as a fortune teller.
She hails from House Arkas, a well-to-do family housed in the mid-Atlantic.
Marmel the Super Awesome Cheery!
Marmel the Super Awesome Cheery! is a baby Slime. Blob. Thing. Yeah, you know those low level enemies in role playing games? Well, most of the real-world Slimes were wiped out as a result. The weak ones anyway. The only remaining ones tend to be superstrong and resilient. Oh and heroic. It's weird.
Marmel the Super Awesome Cheery! (he only responds to his full name. Yeah, I know. I've tried teaching him other names.) is a baby Slime, and a destined hero. That means he needs to go on adventures and such and you'll need to basically babysit him. That's the bad news.
The good news is he's virtually indestructible, can hold onto anything, and people find him so adorable they just forget everything else. He also has a knack for imitating whatever he sees. Be careful.
RaShae
RaShae is mid-ranking member of TOA. Actually, she just refuses promotion and has jumped from team to team. Maybe it's her way of enjoying herself. That and her name.
She was once an architect and urban planning student, but some of the Breathless got to her and now she's one of them. Oddly enough she has enough free will to enlist herself in TOA. OK, I can deal with that.
RaShae tends to be very secret and very silent when she wants to be. She is also pretty strong.
Pretzel
Pretzel is one of our human recruits. He's a very flexible person, in personality and physique.
Pretzel loves to hide where people say he shouldn't hide and he loves to take things people say he shouldn't take. He is a kleptomaniac and we've taught him a thing or two about what's OK and what's NOT OK to steal.
When I say he's flexible, I mean he can pack himself into small boxes, kitchen cupboards, trash cans, and even top hats. He's been through banks, museums, he knows every dirty secret in the governor's mansion (or he would if he wrote them down.)
Jervus
Jervus is your information and schedule specialist. He can juggle way too many schedules in his head. He's also a really skilled driver at several vehicles.
Jervus is an old veteran from World War I. As disguises weren't used during the war, Jervus came into contact with several Others. He maintained communications by repairing stations and relaying messages through hostile territory. While the war officially ended, to him, it simply went underground.
Crazy Nado
Crazy Nado is one of Darco's aspiring salesmen. He's probably the best spokesman of the bunch, as he's had to sell all sorts of stuff to all sorts of people. There are very few Qi-Zan who can wear a suit without fur sticking out all over the place, lemme tell you.
Nado has begged Darco for a more "hands on" promotion, and Darco's quite...persuasive about these kinds of things.
