Chai Sizzurp

Ingredients:
10 cardamom pods (whack 'em open)
0.25tsp nutmeg
4 whole cloves
1 star anise
0.5tsp ground ginger
10 peppercorns (optional)
1.5 cup water
1 cup sugar
6 teabags
Dry toast all the spices. Then add the 1.5 cup hot water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add teabags. Let steep for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Pull 'em out. Then add sugar and simmer with lid off pot until you get the desired sizzurpy consistency. Store in da fridge.
