Russell Orchards Cyser
- 1 gallon Russell Orchards Cider
- 3.5 lbs Russell Orchards Honey
- Yeast Energizer
- Yeast Nutrient
- Red Star Cuvee Yeast
Brought the cider to a boil and reduced a bit. Added honey and dissolved. Activated yeast in 100F water for 20 minutes. Added energizer and nutrient to must. Pitched at 85F. -Morrigu 8 October 2014 (EDT)
