ALSO: Take the difference between your previous caster level and your Pathfinder caster level, and grant yourself additional spells known as per Pathfinder rules. I believe it's two per level of any slot you can learn, and one of them has to be your specialty school.
You'll have to get other high list ones the usual way. ;)
