Nyb and Aurora's creche

Much like Gu and Ratri, Nyb and I want a house. My biological clock is ticking, and I don't want to inflict that on our poor roommates. It's messy.
Housing requirements:

- The yard bit is part of Nyb's idea to put in a geothermal heat pump. This will require some amount of space to put in the pipes. Therefore, unless the house already has these in place, we don't want any nice landscaping already in place. It'll just get destroyed.
- The garage should have enough room for a motorcycle or two, or the yard should be level enough to build a shed to store a motorcycle.
- I'd love a mudroom (aka: kitty airlock)
- Nyb wants a place to put exercise equipment
- Open floor plan is a plus
- If the house has only 1 bath, it must be far enough under our budget and have the space to add a half bath (or maybe a full one).
