Caine doesn't have anything good for ACRONYM, but does have:

• DICCS - Demihuman Incarceration, Control, Containment and Suppression.
  • (at some point, have one of the supers and a normal human talking ... something along the lines of Super: God, you're such a dick! Human: *gasp* How did you blow my cover?)
  • Demihuman was deemed to be un-PC and the name was later changed.
• PRICCS - Parahuman Rehabilitation, Incarceration, Control, Containment and Suppression
  • They've changed with the times to reflect their kindler, gentler approach. They are DICCS no more!
