By uncooked, do you mean "not heated"? Because you can't get that much honey to dissolve in that much water without the assistance of heat unless you have a mechanical agitator or something to really keep on stirring until it all absorbs. --Ubernerd 16:52, 18 February 2010 (EST)

What I'm thinking is boil the water, add the honey to the hot water, dissolve, but don't return to heat/boil/skim, and just cool, pitch, and pray. -Morrigu 20:40, 18 February 2010 (EST)
