You could have her half-knocked out, and he has to heroically carry her out... and she looks up at him all cheesy-romance... and then immediately breaks into the "ooo candy". Just to be misleading and Whedonesque. *snicker* -Zahnnie 15:33, 17 Feb 2006 (EST)

Ah, the beauty of the 9/10 rule: When you think up jokes for a given scenario, 9 out of every 10 will suck. I'll try to cook up ideas and shiznitz. --Chadius 19:04, 24 Feb 2006 (EST)
Ah! Add the unfunny jokes to the discussion page (here). We can peruse them and laugh about how much they suck. Additionally, that'd make an entertaining news post: "punchlines we rejected for this comic." Do we want to MST3K our own comic? -Aurora 13:24, 27 Feb 2006 (EST)

Most kitchens have a fire extinguisher somewhere, if the homeowner is smart. We have one next to our fireplace, and I think one under our sink (in RL). I was just figuring that Bish's would be large and obvious, given the number of fires he has to put out. Unless there's an overabundance of random tech (which there very well may be in this world, given the amount of super-human-ness running around) then a FE popping out of nowhere is a little weird, and he's trying to avoid being weird and distinct, right?
It's possible that this comic doesn't really need a script--it can be one of the ones that's carried by the action and the art. The punchline is Hilarity's ADHD and candy-obsession. And Bish's sighing, eyerolling, and "time for me to be the adult now" attitude. -Aurora 14:35, 22 Mar 2006 (EST)
