The local brew shop has Eucalyptus honey, and I'm very curious, so I decided to try a 1 gallon batch using just that honey.
- 3 lbs Eucalyptus honey
- 1 gallon water
- Yeast nutrient
- Yeast energizer
- Lalvin D 47 yeast
I'll boil the water for a little while, then take it off heat, add the honey, cool, pitch, and go.
