Team 255 was assigned to accompany Fate Weaver Mother Jewel to the council of Fate Weavers for her reintegration into Fate Weaver society.  We had been instructed by Mother Jewel on what to expect, and were given some time to mingle with the other attendants.  I wandered and found myself in the company of the followers of the Fate Weaver of strength, who in turn introduced me to Heng.  It seems that she and I share common heritage, and that she is my half sister.  In fact, she also said that our father had many offspring, and that they gathered periodically.  She invited me to the next gathering, which I plan to attend, duties permitting.

Mission summary:

Shortly thereafter, we were all called to take our seats, so team 255 gathered at Mother Jewel's table and was seated, as were the rest of the attendants. Grapha was hosting this gathering, along with Chronos and Intropee, niether of whom we had met. They also introduced two other Fate Weavers, Lact and Efton, the Fate Weavers of Diary Products and Sorting, respectively.

The first item on the agenda for the meeting was to reintroduce Mother Jewel, and to reconfirm her duties as Fate Weaver of Technology. In her absence, The Mechanic had been covering the aspect of Technology, but seemed grateful to be able to hand those duties back to her. She seemed less gracious than I was expecting, becomming insulting, and at several points resorting to the use of terms with which I'm not entirely familair, but which seemed somewhat insulting. The reaction was largely shock, but Mother Jewel was accepted back into Fate Weaver society.

The next item was for Henry {illedgible} to be considered as Fate Weaver of Prediction. Our team recognized him as the individual who has caused quite a lot of distress to Agent Tara. There was a lot of dissention and disagreement about whether he was an appropriate candidate for the position, and after a vote of the apparent council, Henry was nominated for the position, to be confirmed if there were no objections.

Grapha was apparently aware of the history between Henry {illedgible} and Agent Tara, and was expecting her to speak up. Agent Tara seemed to be trying to hide under the table. Our team did our best to support Agent Tara enough to help her speak up, and she did eventually object, at least quietly. At that, Grapha informed the asembly that there would be an investigation into the accusations made, and that in two weeks the results would be presented, and either Henry {illedgible} would be named the Fate Weaver of Prediction, or his deceptions would be revealed and he would be rejected.

While we were watching, Grapha and Chronos had somewhat of an argument. It seemed to me that they knew each other quite intimately, but I was uncertain to the context. It seemed personal, and became somewhat uncomfortable to observe. Our team was told that Grapha doesn't remember any alterations to history, and that we have two weeks to uncover what evidence we can to submit to the council of Fate Weavers.

Agent Viveka seemed preoccupied and sought to speak with one of the other fate weavers as well, though I didn't hear what they discussed. It seemed important to Agent Viveka though, so we gave her the time she needed.

At that point, the rest of the meeting broke up, and we accomanied Mother Jewel back to TOA headquarters. Agent Tara seemed very nervous about the whole situation, so our team stayed close to her until we returned to TOA headquarters, at which point she requested quarters, rather than staying in her apartment. She was assgned room 301, and retrieved some of her belongings to take up residence until such a time as we could resolve this investigation.

Results of mission: Success, pending investigation

Followup Actions required: Investigation into Henry {illedgible} and his candidacy as a Fate Weaver

Casualties: None

Damage to TOA facilities and eqipment: None

Risk of exposure: None
