Shelbourne Farms Cyser

  • 1 gallon Shelbourne Farms Cider
  • 3 lbs Trader Joes Mesquite Honey
  • SuperFood Yeast Nutrient
  • Vinters Harvest SN9 Premium Wine Yeast

Brought the cider to a boil and reduced a bit. Added honey and dissolved. Cooled must in a sink of cold water until 84F. Added 1/2 tsp nutrient to must. Pitched dry yeast directly to must per packet instructions at 80F. --Morrigu (talk) 22:45, 30 September 2015 (EDT)
