Shelbourne cyser
- 1/2 gallong Shelbourne farms sweet apple cider (Unpasturized)
- 3 lbs. Sheblourne farms honey
- Yeast nutrient
- Yeast energizer
- Lalvin EC-1118 yeast
Brought cider to ~110F, dissolved honey in cider. Topped off with cold water to 1 gallon, added nutrient and energizer. Rehydrated yeast in 1/4cup 100F water for 15 minutes & pitched. --Morrigu (talk) 18:01, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
Racked. It had settled quite a bit, so I mixed it back up to get the yeast going again. Smelled nicely apple and honey. --Morrigu 19 January 2014
