The origins of this drink date back to my sophomore year at MIT, when Zahnnie, drkelf, Abe, and I were all taking a class called 7.013 (Introduction to Infectious Diseases) to fulfill our biology requirement. I wanted to write a report on leprosy. Needless to say, I was extremely pissed when I found out that the course description LIED and the only infectious disease I ever got to see that whole semester was a photo of genital herpes on the last day of class. Upon discovering how much of a royal gyp this course was, all of us ended up skipping a lot of classes that semester - and as we all know, every time you skip a class, it makes baby Jesus cry. This drink was created in honor of all those classes we bailed out on during our undergrad years.

Ingredients:

1 part Godiva White Chocolate Liquor

1 part Buttershots

2 parts Amarula

1 part Bailey's Irish Cream


Pour all of the above into a chilled rocks glass and stir. Don't dilute it with ice. Makes one mega-shot or a nice smooth sipping drink.
