President D. Darco leads the Darco Defense Corporation for about a century.

Darco is a red-skinned Drakk. Most red Drakks are boisterous, short-tempered, greedy, and Darco is no different. But he is also proud of himself and his family, and will do anything to protect them. He protects his daughter Lorei and nephew [[Chadius: TOA: Deen | Deen]] with all his heart, especially after his wife and brother died in a skirmish a few months ago.

He has forged an allied with Agent Zii and TOA a few decades back. He offers exclusive discounts to the agency as a sign of thanks.
